I will accept payment for these deposits and payments by personal check, cashiers check or money order. The remaining balance (one half the rent and tax total, and any fees other than the booking fee and deposit) will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. This deposit must be received 90 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is well in advance a second payment of one half the rent and tax total is required to hold your reservation. If the signed reservation and first payment is not received within the time stated on your paperwork your reservation will be cancelled. If your arrival is within 30 days, the time set for payment may be anywhere from one or two days to a week depending on the timing. Upon receipt you need to review the reservation agreement, fill out the guest list with the names of everyone in your party, sign the agreement and send it back with a check for the reservation deposit and a non-refundable booking fee within 7 to 10 days of reserving the home (if your reservation is well in advance).
